    Mitsubishi Diagnostic & Repair Services

    Service Exchange Policy : We service and repair Mitsubishi MDS drives and related systems and components, including damaged and defective units. Our services include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component, and board-level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the drives if necessary. All our MDS drive repairs include a 12-month warranty.

    A deposit is required for all service exchange items. This deposit will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of your faulty unit.
    Please note: All faulty drives MUST be returned within 10 working days to be eligible for a service exchange refund.

    All returned units are subject to inspection before any refund is issued. If the returned item is deemed beyond repair, the service exchange cost will not be refunded. A full inspection report can be provided upon request.
